I'VE NEVER BAPTIZED 17 PEOPLE AT ONE LITURGY! COOL!

What a workout; I needed a nap after all of these Easter Vigil baptisms!

This is marvelous! Do you have any idea if the other denominations in Macon are expeiencing similar surges?

RCG, that's a difficult question as other Christian communions receive people in different way and different times, they don't necessarily do it at Easter. There is very little catechesis that is needed in many of them, you simply ask to be baptized and you are. But in our diocese, this Easter seems to have had a surge of people who wanted to join the fullness of the Church. That's good and even with all the negative press we get. I'm baffled but amazed at God's grace!
